Jai Hr Management Consultancy Services seeks a skilled CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing. The role involves reading mechanical drawings, interpreting process sheets, and ensuring dimensional accuracy while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities include selecting tooling, editing programs, performing offsets, monitoring operations, and inspecting finished parts with precision instruments.

Qualificações

• Proven experience operating CNC machines (Turning / Milling).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters and machining processes.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and quality inspection methods.
• Good attention to detail, technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications and production plans.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets to determine machining requirements.
• Prepare, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
• Perform machine programming edits, tool offsets, and minor adjustments as required.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure precision, surface finish, and compliance with quality standards.
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, etc.).
• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machines are kept in optimal condition.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any deviations, breakdowns, or quality issues promptly to the supervisor.

Job Summary:
