Job Overview

Responsible for operating CNC and VMC machines to produce components as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC/VMC machines as per instructions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Perform machine cleaning and basic housekeeping.
• Ensure correct setting parameters are used (under guidance).
• Follow SOP, work instruction, safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and support 5S activities.
• Report abnormalities to the Supervisor.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic CNC/VMC operation knowledge.
• Ability to read basic measurements.
• Discipline and focus on productivity.

Education & Experience

• ITI / Diploma / Engineering background.
