Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience operating CNC machines with accuracy.
• Experience setting up machines including tool installation, fixtures, and parameter adjustment.
• Proficiency with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and Dial Indicator for quality inspection.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software used for CNC machining operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture components per drawings and plans.
• Set up machines by installing tools, fixtures, and raw materials; adjust parameters.
