Job Description
We are looking for a *CNC Machine Operator & Setter* to join our production team at *Auto Die Cast India, Udyog Nagar, DSIDC Industrial Area*.
The role involves operating CNC machines, performing machine setting and setting changes, inspecting components during machining, and maintaining required production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform *CNC machine setting and setting changes* for different components.
- Set tools, offsets and required machine parameters.
- Load and unload components correctly.
- Perform *in-process inspection* during machining.
- Check component dimensions using *Vernier Caliper and Air Gauge*.
- Understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Identify dimensional variation and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain production quantity and quality standards.
- Monitor tool condition and coordinate for tool changes.
- Maintain proper machine cleanliness, 5S and safety.
- Record production and inspection details.
- Minimize rejection, rework and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Production / Quality teams for any machining or quality issue.
Job Requirements
- *ITI / Diploma Mechanical preferred.*
- 13 years of experience in CNC machine operation / setting.
- *Auto Component / Automobile Industry experience preferred.*
- Good practical knowledge of CNC machine operation and setting.
- Knowledge of *Vernier Caliper and Air Gauge*.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Ability to perform in-process inspection.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing / production environment.
*Qualification is not a strict barrier if the candidate has strong practical CNC operating, setting and inspection knowledge.*
Responsibilities

- Conduct basic dimensional inspection.

- Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace safety.
