Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Machine (CNC) Engineer to lead a production shift, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality output. You will act as the bridge between the shop floor and management, applying hands-on technical skills, leadership, and clear communication to meet targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

You will drive daily targets, ensure on-time delivery, uphold quality, reduce downtime, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize machine usage and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
• Maintain on-time delivery of components as per plan.
• Maintain daily shift efficiency aligned with quality objectives.
• Ensure products are manufactured to quality standards.
• Reduce rejection rates and implement CAPA measures.
• Reduce rework hours and optimize workflows.
• Perform inspections and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and analyze defects to drive corrective actions.
• Adhere to QMS and document NCs.
• Improve overall component efficiency and productivity.

Serve as the primary point of contact for their team and is the bridge between the shop floor and management. Should have hands‑on technical expertise, strong leadership, and effective communication skills to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of daily, Weekly and monthly production targets.
• Maintain on time delivery of components as per plan.
• Maintain daily shift efficiency as per the TQM objectives.
• Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards.
• Reduce rejection rates and implement corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
• Reduce the rework hours.
