Elecon Engineering in India seeks an experienced CNC Production Manager to oversee daily planning, CNC operations, and process improvements in a machine shop. Lead cross-functional teams to meet targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 15–18 years in CNC management, a Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, and strong skills in turning, milling and grinding. You will drive productivity, cost reduction and shop floor discipline.

Qualifications

• 15-18 years of experience in managing CNC machines in a machine shop setting.
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, including turning, milling, grinding, etc.
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
