Job summary

Consolidated in Hyderabad is seeking a dedicated Sales Training Specialist to design and implement training programs that boost product knowledge, sales skills, and best practices for selling mobile devices. You will create materials, organize events, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and execute training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices for selling mobile products. Create both in-person and virtual training solutions that address the diverse needs of the sales force.

• Sales Enablement: Provide ongoing sales support and training to ensure teams are equipped to handle customer objections, maximize sales opportunities, and close deals effectively.

• Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are quickly up to speed with product offerings, company processes, and sales techniques.

• Coaching and Mentoring: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions with individual sales representatives, helping them improve their product knowledge, presentation skills, and sales strategies.

• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and use data to identify training gaps or areas for improvement. Adjust training programs accordingly to ensure continued success.

• Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with sales leaders, product managers, and marketing teams to align training initiatives with overall business goals and product launches.
