Responsibilities

• Franchisee acquisition, Business growth of partners and net revenue achievement as per targets.
• Structured prospecting and engagement with potential entrepreneurs and existing franchisees of competition.
• Completing documentation for registration & onboarding.
• Managing strong relationships with Franchisee for revenue generation and client traction of both Existing and new franchisee.
• Driving cross-sell of ABC products across the business partners mapped to him.

Key Result Areas

• Revenue Generation – Net Revenue achievement as per targets from existing Franchisee Partners.
• New Franchisee Acquisitions – Analyse high potential areas, build networking with local entrepreneurs, assess offerings, lead generation, closures, timely account opening.
• Servicing Existing Partners – Support on-ground marketing, help grow and expand, train and educate partners for online trading, maintain compliance.
• Cross Sell of ABC Products – Arrange training, motivate partners, facilitate contests for third-party products, enhance earnings.

• Risk Management of Franchisee clients as per company policy.
• Adhering to Compliance and Surveillance & other statutory requirements as per the company policy and guidelines.
• Acquiring large franchisee from competition with challenges in technology, commercials offered & other offers by competitors.
• Business transfer from the converted franchisee partners.
• Volatile market conditions affecting acquisition and revenue generation.
• Retention of the franchisee partners (potential BPs poached by competitors).
• Ensuring high activation ratio of franchisees & helping franchisee in acquisition of clients.
