Job summary

ABC - Aditya Birla Money Limited is seeking a dedicated professional to manage onboarding for new business partners at the head office and provide onboarding support for 120 days. You will train partners on processes and policies to ensure smooth transactions across the brokerage ecosystem.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across multiple locations to drive timely onboarding and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new partner on system and provide support to start the business
• 100% NFA to be Onboard & activated with minimum 3 clients put in first trade within 30 days of registration
• Single point of contact for onboarding team support and regional support at PAN India level to address queries/requests and complaints
• Manage franchisee & customer requests and complaints; ensure all are closed in defined TAT during onboarding period
• Ensure CRM data accuracy; enable management to receive error-free information
• Ensure first-time resolution for franchise requests and complaints; take proactive measures to prevent recurrence
• Mitigate risks by engaging with functional/sales team every 15 days to discuss ongoing issues

Job Purpose

Manage the entire new business partner registration at HO and provide onboarding service for 120 days. Support and train about the process / policy to have a seamless business transaction.

Job Context/ Job Challenges

Aditya Birla Money Ltd. (ABML) is primarily a Broking Company, deals in Equity, Commodity & Currency. Workforce of ~800 spread across ~40 locations with customer base of in excess of 3 lacs. Commodity operations are managed through its 100% subsidiary Aditya Birla Commodities Broking limited. ABML is one of the leading securities trading companies in the country. ABML operates in a fragmented equity broking business and has a daily turnover of close to 3,000 Crores with a market share of 1%. ABM works in a highly regulated environment with a host of regulators like SEBI, RBI, AMFI, FMC, IRDA etc. regulating its day to day operations. In addition to the regulator ABML is also subject to close monitoring and inspection through various agencies like NSE / BSE / NCDX / MCX / NSDL / CDSL etc. ABML also operates in a highly competitive market mainly in fragmented industry with ABML competition from major National Broking houses like ICICI Securities, HDFC Securities, Angel Broking, MOFSL etc. and a range of local Broking outfits.

• KRA1 Onboarding of new partner Onboard new partner on system and provide support to start the business

• Single point of contact for physical onboarding team support and regional support at PAN India level to address their queries / requests and complaints
• KRA2 Managing franchisee & customer request and complaints Ensure all partners and partners’ customers request and complaints are closed in defined TAT during onboarding period
• Ensure all franchise requests and complaints are recorded in CRM accurately so that the data provided to management is error free.
• Ensure first time resolution is offered for all franchise requests and complaints and proactive measures are taken to prevent recurrence of any internal flaws leading to customer dissatisfaction.
• KRA3 Mitigation of risks Every 15 days engage with functional/sales team to discuss the ongoing issues to reduce the challenges.
