Job summary

LuLu Group India is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee operations of multiple fashion stores across the assigned cluster. You will drive sales, visual presentation, inventory control and customer experience, ensuring brand standards and targets are met.

The role requires 10+ years in fashion retail, strong leadership and willingness to travel across stores within the cluster. Graduate or Post Graduate qualification is preferred, with a proven track record in store management.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Buying, VM, HR and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and operational standards.
