Job summary

COYU in Chandigarh is seeking a Store Manager to lead end-to-end store operations and drive sales while delivering premier customer service.

You will train the store team, maintain brand-compliant visuals, supervise stock, and analyze performance to optimize profitability. This role requires weekend shifts and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate; fashion/retail management degree preferred.
• 48 years of experience in women’s fashion/apparel retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and timely replenishment.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and take corrective actions.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Implement promotional activities and drive footfall and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and loss prevention norms.
• Manage store expenses, rosters, attendance, and payroll coordination.
