Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a candidate to lead MLAP sales and drive performance across multiple branches in the Chennai region. You will mentor Branch Managers and Sales leaders to meet sourcing, sanctions and disbursement targets while expanding the customer base.

You will coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams to ensure smooth processing, with strict adherence to KYC and policy guidelines. Strong leadership and local market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MLAP/LAP/Mortgage.
• Strong leadership and relationship-management abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive MLAP sales across multiple branches/locations within the assigned cluster.
• Lead, mentor and monitor a team of Branch Managers, Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Achieve monthly and annual targets for sourcing, sanctions and disbursements.
• Develop business through DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers and direct sourcing.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned market.
• Ensure quality sourcing with proper customer profiling and adherence to credit policies.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Monitor team productivity, conversion ratios, TAT and portfolio quality.
• Conduct regular market visits and review branch-wise performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC and regulatory guidelines.
• Track competition, market trends, pricing and product offerings to improve business acquisition.
• Take corrective actions for under performing branches/team members and drive productivity.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate.

• Good understanding of property-backed lending and local market dynamics.
• Strong DSA/connector and channel-management skills.
