Croma is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead cluster hiring, onboarding, and employee relations across multiple locations in Chennai. The role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving engagement and retention in the region.

The ideal candidate will have 4–9 years in HRBP/Retail roles, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in HRBP role or similar position in Retail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage hiring for the cluster within the required TAT.
• Effective onboarding.
• Manage employee relations across multiple locations within a cluster, ensuring effective grievance handling and redressal.
• Collaborate with regional management teams to drive business partnering initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall performance in the region.
