Jana Small Finance Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the home loan region, drive sales targets, and oversee branch-level teams on the ground.

You will coordinate with internal teams, partners, and campaigns to ensure healthy sourcing, channel partnerships, and consistent disbursement growth across the assigned geography, while maintaining portfolio quality.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage region for the Home loan , carrying the responsibility of achieving the sales and cross sell targets.
• Responsible for handling several branches comprising of team who are actually doing loans on field.
• Maintain robust relationship with our internal team to act on leads referred by them for assigned branches.
• Ensure support to team to maintain a healthy sourcing mix by collaborating with external partners and internal businesses, mobilize business through marketing campaigns and through channel partners in assigned geography.
• Ensure the team maintains assigned branch/storefront productivity as per given targets.
• Ensure consistent top line growth in terms of disbursements as per assigned profitability metrics
• Responsible for ensuring that the team manages the acquired relationships, ensures healthy cross sell, handle day to day requirements etc
• Drive the collections of B0 for the Region and ensure that the portfolio quality is maintained within expected parameters.
• Formulate and review the activity calendar of sales team
• Monitor and track the competitors and share market best practices
• Responsible to team achieve assigned business target month on month
• Ensure team build relationship with the channel partners & internal business customers
