Job summary

Morpheus in Nashik is seeking a Branch Leader to drive Home Loan and LAP sales by managing end-to-end sourcing, credit checks, and disbursals. You will lead RMs and CSMs, onboard channel partners, and push high-ticket opportunities while building a strong local market presence.

The role focuses on team management of 25+ staff across branches, with emphasis on NPAs, collections, and direct customer interaction through targeted campaigns.

• Leading a team of RMs and CSMs
• Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSAs and Connectors
• Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks
• Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction
• Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
• Mandatory: Looking for only HL/Lap experience handling a team of 25 people and above or multiple branches or currently a senior manager / branch manager
