Job summary

Design Lattice in Hyderabad is seeking an ambitious Architect who can translate client briefs into compelling design and robust technical drawings. You will develop concepts, space planning, and detailed 2D/3D visuals for residential and commercial projects.

Role involves creating construction documents in Autodesk tools, coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams, and supporting presentations with photorealistic renders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch required; M.Arch preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in designing and visualizing residential and commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and design layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare schematic designs, mood boards, and visually strong design presentations.
• Translate client requirements and project briefs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Produce construction documentation compliant with NBC, local municipal norms, and applicable codes.
• Maintain accuracy and clarity in all technical documentation.
• Create high-quality 3D models, rendered views, and walkthroughs for presentations.
• Work with tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and Lumion to visualize design concepts.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure integrated design output.
• Assist site teams, vendors, and contractors with design interpretations and clarifications.
• Support senior architects with approvals, submissions, and client presentations.
• Ensure timely delivery of design outputs as per project schedules.
• Incorporate design revisions and feedback efficiently.
• Uphold high design standards and attention to detail throughout project stages.
