SkillLabs in Karnataka seeks an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the insurance sales team and drive targets in a result-oriented environment. You will hire, coach and motivate a high-performing team, develop strategic plans for Bancca channel growth, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to close deals and expand the customer base.

• 7–10 years of experience in Insurance sales and team handling.
• Experience in driving Bancca channel teams.
• Proven ability to hire and build a sales team.
• Strong sales presentation and closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily goals for the team and individuals and work toward achieving them.
• Hire and manage the Sales team.
• Drive sales in a result-focused environment and close deals.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain product knowledge to enhance selling effectiveness.
• Provide refresher training and coach the team.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS for performance tracking.

• Making effective sales presentations and closing deals.
• Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning.
• Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively.
• Identify competency gap and scheduling of refresher training.
• Maintaining daily, weekly & Monthly MIS
• Lead, coach and motivate a team that collaborates effectively across functions in the Company to achieve desired result.
• Creating an environment where people want to do great work by motivating staff, demonstrating teamwork by giving subordinates greater ownership and autonomy to deliver objectives and continuously upgrade team caliber
