Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team in a high-velocity, target-driven environment. You will plan and drive daily goals, hire and coach staff, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to seize opportunities and close deals.

The role requires building product knowledge, managing MIS reporting, and creating a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across the sales function.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of insurance sales experience.
• Experience leading direct channel sales teams.

• Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning.
• Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively.
• Identify competency gap and scheduling of refresher training.
• Maintaining daily, weekly & Monthly MIS
• Lead, coach and motivate a team that collaborates effectively across functions in the Company to achieve desired result.
• Creating an environment where people want to do great work by motivating staff, demonstrating teamwork by giving subordinates greater ownership and autonomy to deliver objectives and continuously upgrade team caliber
