Criss Financial Limited is seeking a Cluster Business Head for Loan Against Property (LAP) to lead the LAP business across a cluster of 5-7 branches in Vellore and Nellore. The role focuses on achieving targets, guiding teams, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

The incumbent will oversee branch managers, drive sales, build customer relationships, monitor market trends, and coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of Secured loan Branch Managers to achieve Target every month.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and customer acquisition.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and economic indicators to stay ahead of the competition.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain the Portfolio quality of Secured branches of his Cluster.
• Proper Co-Ordination with Support team to ensure day-to-day activities.
