Job summary

Crissfin is seeking a Regional Business Head for Loan Against Property (LAP) to lead LAP operations across a defined region in India. The role focuses on achieving targets, building and guiding teams, and developing regional strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction and policy compliance.

You will recruit and mentor Relationship Managers and branch leadership, monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive growth and profitability for LAP products.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• 10 to 15 years of experience with team handling.
• Experience reporting to senior business heads or regional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional business plans to grow LAP.
• Monitor activities to ensure alignment with credit policies.
• Conduct trend analysis and identify best practices.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor RM/Branch staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Track KPIs to measure regional performance.
• Ensure achievement of regional targets and objectives.

As Regional Business Head for Loan Against Property (LAP), you'll lead the LAP business across a region, focusing on achieving targets, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve growth targets for LAP products.
• Monitor business activities and ensure alignment with company credit policies.
• Conduct trend analysis, benchmark competitors, and identify best practices.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, cluster business head, and other support staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor business activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
• Ensure achievement of regional targets and objectives.

Qualifications
