The role requires strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain accurate MIS records for ongoing closings.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in real estate closing or similar roles.
• Knowledge of agreements, documentation, and commercial terms.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
