Job summary

Axio Biosolutions seeks a field-based clinical specialist to provide product guidance to doctors and staff, run training and demos in hospitals, and identify new hospital opportunities within the assigned region.

You will support clinical evaluations, assist in account conversions, and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital decision-makers to drive product adoption.

Qualifications

• Clinical domain knowledge in hospital care and nursing procedures.
• Ability to train doctors, nurses and staff on product usage.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Travel within region to hospitals and clinics for demos and training.
• Capability to work independently managing multiple hospital accounts.
• Experience with wound care, critical care or surgical assistance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support and guidance to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff on product usage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Identify new hospitals, accounts, and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Support clinical evaluations, trials, product adoption, and conversion of new accounts.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, hospital management, and key decision-makers.
• Support the sales team with clinical insights, product positioning, and customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and post-application support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain records of hospital visits, leads, demonstrations, trials, and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned clinical and business development targets by driving product adoption and sales growth.

Qualification and Skills:

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
• Experience: 2-5 years of clinical experience (hospital/ICU/OT exposure preferred).
• Strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient care.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hospital accounts.
