Job Description
- Train both internal and external customers on clinical applications and the products – ensure the sales and marketing teams and partner representatives are sufficiently trained in the relevant products and their clinical application so that the business is promoted accurately and competitively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Drive all clinical educational programs for respective zones.
- Assist the National Clinical Manager in various projects such as establishing centres of excellence, creating and managing advisory boards, DFU Clinics, Care Clinics, generating clinical evidence, influencing national/regional guidelines, and conducting high‑impact clinical programmes.
- Maintain a fundamental understanding of the function and capabilities of key competitor products and their areas of clinical application.
- Provide market feedback on customer or product issues experienced in the field and potential research areas for future product development.
- Provide clinical and technical support to the internal team or partner stakeholders, including problem‑solving, tender preparation details, product demonstrations, and addressing any clinical or technical questions.
- Regularly liaise with the Global Learning Centre, Product Development, Medical Affairs, and Applied Research to maintain a wide view of the organization’s educational and technical activities.
- Ensure the Clinical Manager’s own clinical expertise and professional competence remain current and relevant to meet the role’s primary objectives.
- Conduct field work with the sales team on a regular basis.
- Represent the organization at various national and international conferences and share the latest developments in the domain.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of industry, clinical, and technical issues to facilitate development of clear, concise materials.
- Represent the organization in delivering education to internal and external stakeholders.
- Seek opportunities to share educational experiences with others.
- Draw upon an in‑depth knowledge of the clinical application of products, key market opinions, and recent research to enhance customer knowledge and awareness of the organization’s products.
- Ensure training needs are identified for all customers and plan/organize the logistics of training delivery.
- Deliver training to targeted customers and motivate the audience to commit to the organization’s products.
- Maintain accurate training records and evaluate training feedback from individual customers.
- Understand the principles of adult learning and the need to deliver ‘train‑the‑trainer’ solutions that align with customer needs.
- Demonstrate credibility and flexibility when delivering training with customers at a range of levels.
- Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise when facilitating solutions, e.g., product and disease‑state knowledge.
- Demonstrate high‑impact presentation skills that enhance understanding and buy‑in.
- Facilitate self‑directed learning and encourage active utilisation of distance and e‑learning tools.
- Maintain own professional competence and expert clinical application knowledge without practising on a daily basis.

Education and Experience
- Subject matter expert in the area of clinical specialisation.
- Preferably a MBBS, MD.
- 5 years including relevant exposure in a similar role.
- Experience in a medical marketing, communications, or administrative position.
- Experience with multiple software packages including graphics, supported by expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with management and peers.
