Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking a clinical education specialist to provide training to healthcare professionals and to demonstrate product benefits with a scientific rationale.

You will conduct planned education for nurses, doctors, and other health professionals, support ward teaching, and drive best practices to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• B. Sc Nursing with 3-4 years of clinical experience or M. Sc Nursing with 1-2 years.
• Good presentation and teaching techniques.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Command over the clinical aspects.
• Good command over the English language.
• Experience with bedside nursing and teaching is a must.
• Account management skills (Customer Relationship Management).
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Knowledge of commercial functions is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and support to healthcare professionals.
