Job summary

Jobtailor in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Production Support professional to monitor applications, manage incidents, and document standardized processes for daily activities. You will research production anomalies and mentor team members while providing expert guidance to ensure system stability.

The role requires coordinating troubleshooting calls, maintaining 24x7 coverage, and a solid understanding of US healthcare workflows such as claims, eligibility, and payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Production support activities.
• Formal graduate degree and relevant expertise in a Production support activity.
• Ability to lead and coordinate troubleshooting calls.
• Multitask across technical and reporting tasks, with shift hand-offs.
• Flexible availability for consistently and evenly distributed 24/7/365 shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Conceptual understanding of theories, practices, and procedures in a Production Support environment.
• Good understanding of the US Healthcare system (Payer, Provider, PBM).
• Experience or exposure to production monitoring and support, including IWA, UC4, and AppDynamics.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and incident management processes, including ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of healthcare business workflows, including claims, eligibility, and payments.
• Willingness to work weekly/bi-weekly 24×7 shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Calm and structured approach to handling production issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
