Qualifikationen

• BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in medical devices, surgical robotics, or biomedical equipment service.
• Freshers with excellent technical and clinical aptitude may also be considered.

Aufgaben

The Clinical Cum Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, clinical support, and customer training of robotic surgical systems. This role combines hands‑on technical service expertise with intra-operative clinical support to ensure the robotic system is used safely and effectively at every customer site. It requires frequent travel to hospitals and close collaboration with surgeons, OT staff, distributors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Service

• Install, commission, and validate robotic surgical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Execute software upgrades and calibration activities.
