Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Product Support professional in Mumbai to provide on-site guidance during procedures, train OR staff, and ensure optimal robotic arm usage. You will deliver ongoing education, assist with CT planning, and troubleshoot issues to maximize patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience, strong English communication, and readiness to travel up to 75%. Biomedical Engineering background preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
• 1–5 years of relevant clinical industry experience desired.
• OT exposure is a plus; hands-on OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to end users during procedures.

Job description

What You Will Do

• Provide clinical product support to all end users, including on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and operating room staff, offering both clinical and technical support for operating the company’s robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal placement and precision.
• Deliver ongoing in-services and customer education sessions for assigned accounts.
• Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the RIO/Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, assisting surgeons with implant planning, sizing, and positioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues quickly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to increase product awareness, highlight clinical benefits, and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff.
• Provide product-related feedback to support continuous improvement and enhanced customer experience.
• Be ready to travel up to 75%.
