Job summary

NTT DATA in Bengaluru seeks an Application Support & Maintenance Specialist for Healthcare Provider with Clinical EHR/EMR expertise. The role focuses on supporting pharmacy and EMR interfaces, ensuring system reliability and data integrity.

You will work with pharmacy systems like AutoPharm, Connect‑Rx, MedNet, Spectrum IQ, and other interfaces, troubleshooting connectivity and device challenges, to support robust healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of pharmacy workflows (dispensing, compounding, verification)
• Experience supporting automated dispensing cabinets, barcode labeling, packaging systems
• Knowledge of USP 795/797/800, ISBT‑128, DEA, and medication safety standards
• Ability to manage drug libraries, formulary updates, and EMR/Pharmacy system interfaces
• Skills integrating pharmacy systems with billing, EMR, and inventory platforms
• Troubleshooting medication device connectivity, cabinets, pumps, and robotics
• Experience working with Pharmacy systems like AutoPharm, Connect‑Rx, MedNet, Spectrum IQ and other similar applications
