NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd is seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our Noida, Uttar Pradesh team. The role focuses on supporting and accelerating healthcare integration platforms using InterSystems HealthShare, Ensemble and IRIS, with emphasis on HL7 v2, FHIR APIs, and on-call production support.

You will diagnose complex interface issues, trace end-to-end data flows, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure reliable service.

Qualificações

• Hands-on production support experience with InterSystems HealthShare, Ensemble and/or IRIS.
• Strong understanding of InterSystems Productions, including Business Services, Business Processes, Business Operations, routing and message flow.
• Hands-on ObjectScript support, troubleshooting and debugging experience.
• Strong HL7 v2 interface troubleshooting experience with working knowledge of FHIR and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of healthcare integration, interoperability and interface-engine concepts.
• Experience diagnosing failed/stuck messages, queues, routing/transformation failures, connectivity issues and downstream interface failures.
• Ability to trace integrations end-to-end from source → InterSystems platform → target system.
• Working knowledge of Cache/IRIS database fundamentals for production troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix (RHEL and/or IBM AIX) including logs, services/processes, file systems and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Apache Web Server and basic web/application-service troubleshooting.
• Strong log analysis, interface monitoring, alert handling and operational health-check experience.
• Experience with production support, incident management and escalation, including documenting troubleshooting and resolution details.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Experience supporting business-critical production environments and rotational/on-call support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end production support for healthcare integration platforms and interfaces.
• Troubleshoot interface issues, logs, queues, and message routing in production environments.
• Trace data flows from source systems to InterSystems platforms and target systems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes quickly.

We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on production support experience with InterSystems HealthShare, Ensemble and/or IRIS.

• Some exposure to Google Cloud Apigee / API Management.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML and JSON.
• Exposure to Managed File Transfer (MFT) concepts and operations.
• Experience with GoAnywhere MFT or similar enterprise file-transfer platforms.
• Exposure to OpenLink or other enterprise interface/integration engines.
• Basic understanding of file-transfer monitoring, gateway connectivity and batch/interface troubleshooting.
• SQL/MS SQL fundamentals for integration and operational troubleshooting.
