Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist Advisor to manage hardware and software assets, optimize processes and support client contracts.

You will build and sustain effective communications with stakeholders, maintain asset records, perform audits, generate monthly reports and drive continuous improvements across the asset lifecycle; some roles may be remote or hybrid depending on client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Asset Management and hardware asset lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze contracts and procurement data.
• Proficiency with MS Access and MS Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain communications with stakeholders to maximize customer experience.
• Develop and implement Asset Management processes for hardware in data centers and end user space.
• Identify improvements and operational efficiencies across asset processes.
• End-to-End asset management lifecycle experience for hardware, including leased assets.
• Create/update asset records throughout all asset lifecycle stages.
• Participate in asset management audits and remediation efforts.
• Analyze client contracts and purchase agreements to manage hardware assets.
• Interact with clients and internal/external sources to obtain required data.
• Utilize data analysis tools like MS Access and MS Excel.
• Generate monthly asset reports and ad-hoc reports as requested.

We are currently seeking a Software Asset Mgmt. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing the customer experience.
• Develop and implement Asset Management processes for Hardware within the datacenter and end user space.
• Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies
• End to End Asset Management Life Cycle Experience in Hardware assets including Managing leased assets
• Create / Update to asset records in the Asset Database accordingly throughout all stages of asset lifecycle
• Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts.
• Analyze client contracts, Purchase agreements and other data to manage hardware assets effectively
• Experience in all processes including but not limited to New Assets, IMACS, Retirements, Disposals
• Interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources to obtain relevant data and documents in required forms and consistent with project objectives and deadlines.
• Utilize Data analysis tools and techniques like MS Access, MS Excel.
• Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients, internal support staff, or partner appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve the anomalies.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Generate monthly asset reports regarding this Service, as well as ad-hoc reports as requested internally or by customer.
• Identify and document best practices and implement them
• Other Hardware Asset Management duties as assigned.
