Job summary

NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN) is seeking a PMO Support to join our team in India. The role involves coordinating resource assignments, governance and dashboards, and driving staffing in collaboration with Recruiting and HR.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in PMO governance and program management, with a graduate degree. Experience with Data Migration or ERP projects is a plus. The position supports onsite delivery and global teams.

Qualifications

• Min 5 to 8+ years of experience in project/program management principles and PMO governance.
• Graduate degree; exposure to Data Migration or ERP transformation is an advantage but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource assignments, movements, roll-offs, extensions, and transitions in partnership with PMO and Program Managers.
• Provide program governance and reporting through dashboards and reports on resource capacity, recruiting, utilization, attrition, and workforce risks.
• Drive recruiting and staffing with Recruiting and HR and practice FSPs, including job descriptions, pipelines, staffing gaps, and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Program Leadership and DMCC Lead on performance assessments, retention initiatives, resource transitions, and proactive resolution of workforce risks.
• Facilitate timely execution of performance assessments, retention initiatives, and resource transitions.
• Coordinate resource-related activities across multiple workstreams and geographically dispersed teams.

We are currently seeking a PMO Support to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource assignments, movements, roll-offs, extensions, and transitions in partnership with PMO and Program Managers.


• Provide program governance and reporting through accurate dashboards and management reports covering resource capacity, recruiting, utilization, attrition, and workforce risks.


• Drive recruiting and staffing requirements in partnership with Recruiting and HR and practice FSPs, including defining job descriptions, tracking hiring pipelines, identifying staffing gaps, and ensuring timely fulfillment of critical requirements.


• Coordinate with Program Leadership and DMCC Lead on performance assessments, retention initiatives, resource transitions, and proactive resolution of workforce-related risks.


• Facilitate timely execution of performance assessments, retention initiatives, and resource transitions.


• Coordinate resource-related activities across multiple workstreams and geographically dispersed teams.

Key Skills

• Good understanding of PMO processes and program management practices, preferably in large-scale SAP, ERP transformation, or Data Migration programs.


• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Program Leadership, PMO, Recruiting, Resource Management, and geographically dispersed delivery teams.


• Collaborating with functional leads to track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and action items, ensuring alignment with program objectives.


• Support adherence to established processes, governance standards, compliance requirements, and documentation practices.


• Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models, supported by excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications & Experience

• Min 5 to 8+ years of experience in project/program management principles and PMO governance.


• Any graduate degree, prior exposure to Data Migration or ERP transformation programs is an advantage not necessary.

Desirable Skills (nice to have)

• Prior experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare industries


• Experience working with global, geographically distributed teams and onsite/offshore delivery models


• Understanding of compliance requirements for Life Sciences industry (i.e., GxP, CSV)


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced program environment.
