ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Client Solutions Intern (Expert Matching Team), you will support both recruitment and client-facing tasks. This role offers hands‑on experience in expert sourcing, client interaction, and localized recruitment, working closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination with expert partners and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Understanding and Ideal Expert Profile Identification

• Gain a thorough understanding of client project needs based on main topics and client characteristics.
• Identify the best‑fit expert profile based on key project requirements, including industry focus, target companies, relevant departments, seniority level, and specific expertise.

Recruiting Expert Candidates (Main Focus)

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with expert referral partners to support client needs.
• Proactively engage with clients by tracking usage reports, updating revenue data, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Support project delivery by monitoring progress, coordinating expert sourcing activities, and ensuring timely execution.
• Assist in business development by identifying potential client leads and customizing introduction decks.
• Post interview offers on local job platforms and monitor responses.

REQUIREMENTS

• Final‑year students and recent graduates who can intern full‑time for at least 6 months.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) – Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC.
