About the internship:

We're hiring a Project Operations Intern to support the smooth execution of non-technical AI data projects, from freelancer onboarding to final delivery. You'll act as the bridge between our freelancer network and internal and client stakeholders, ensuring every task is completed accurately and on schedule.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Project Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of assigned AI data projects.
2. Freelancer Coordination: Coordinate with freelancers responsible for data collection and annotation.
3. Task Briefing: Walk freelancers through workflows, project requirements, and quality benchmarks.
4. Work Allocation: Distribute tasks based on project type, priorities, and current requirements.
5. Progress Tracking: Monitor daily submissions and follow up on pending or delayed work.
6. Quality Checks: Review submitted work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
7. Error Resolution: Guide freelancers in identifying and correcting errors in their submissions.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers, project records, and delivery documentation.
9. Timeline Management: Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed according to schedule.
10. Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements, communicate project status, and address relevant queries.
