Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic professional for client servicing, project management, and content oversight. You will also track content performance, generate MIS reports, and contribute occasional writing.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of agency experience in creative work.
• Extensively handled client-facing projects end-to-end.
• Excellent spoken and written English with sharp attention to detail.
• MBA in Marketing or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for clients and drive briefs with the internal team.
• Break briefs into steps, follow timelines, and manage crises calmly.
• Source and manage writers through portfolio reviews and tests.
• Provide specific feedback to creators and ensure tone and originality.
• Track content performance and report using Excel/MIS.
• Occasionally write when needed.

Job description

Your time split: 40% client servicing, 40% project management, 20% content.

What you'll do

• Be the day-to-day contact for clients and drive each brief with the internal team
• Research client brands, industries, competitors, and audiences, and share insights

with the team

• Break briefs into clear steps, follow up on timelines, and handle crises calmly
• Find, evaluate, and manage writers through portfolio reviews and copy tests
• Give creators specific feedback and check every piece for tone, grammar, and

originality using Grammarly Premium and Copyscape

• Track content performance and report it using Excel/MIS
• Write occasionally, even though you don't need to be a writer

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of experience, with agency experience handling creative work (full-service, creative, content, digital, social, PR or SEO)
• Extensively handled clients facing projects and managed them end to end
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a sharp eye for detail
• An editorial, research-oriented mind. You don't need to be a writer
• Comfort with Excel and numbers
• Someone who owns wins and losses, gets things done without reminders, and is resilient when facing setbacks
• An MBA in Marketing or a degree in Journalism, Mass Media, Advertising or Content Management preferred;
• Your own Windows laptop.

Details

• Location: Pune (relocation candidates welcome if you can join within your stated

notice period and fully bear the travel/stay expenses of the recruitment process)

• Type: Full-time, hybrid
• CTC: Up to Rs 5.4 LPA, based on experience and suitability, plus an incentive tied to

on-time delivery and client retention.
