• Can judge the quality of marketing work across several areas: social media, ads, content and SEO, design and video.
• Has worked with several teams (creative, performance, content) to get client work delivered.
• Calm and direct in difficult client conversations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Keep clients and grow accounts. Oversee renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Report to the founders. Provide clear updates on client status, risks and decisions.

You will be the senior point of contact for our clients, and the person who checks every piece of work before it reaches them. Social posts, ads, blogs, videos, websites, reports: if it goes to a client, you make sure it is right, on time, and what we promised.

This role is for you if

you have handled clients at a digital marketing agency for several years, you can tell good marketing work from average work, and you are ready to be the final say on quality.

This role is not for you if

your background is IT project delivery, sales only, or corporate roles outside marketing.

Content Vista is a growth marketing agency based in Mohali, working with B2B and B2C businesses. For over 8 years, our team of 20+ has helped clients in India, the UK, the UAE and the US grow through SEO, content, social media, paid ads, video, websites, lead generation and marketing automation.

What you will do

• Check and approve client work. Review work from our SEO, social media, ads, design, video and web teams before it goes out. Send it back with clear feedback when it isn't good enough.
• Be the senior client contact. Build strong relationships with our clients, lead monthly review calls, and be the person they call when something matters.
• Make sure we deliver what we promised. Track every client against what was agreed. Spot problems early and fix them before the client notices.
• Handle the hard conversations. Delays, results below target, requests outside the agreed work. Handle them calmly and honestly.
• Lead our team leads on client matters. Work with the leads of each team. Hold them to quality and deadlines, and make the call when two teams need the same people at the same time.
• Keep clients and grow accounts. Look after renewals, notice where a client would benefit from more of our services, and help us scope new work realistically.
• Report to the founders. Give them a clear picture of every client: what's going well, what's at risk, what you've decided.

What we are looking for

Must have

• 5 to 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in client servicing or account management at a digital marketing agency
• Has handled multiple clients at once, including senior client contacts
• Can judge the quality of marketing work across several areas: social media, ads, content and SEO, design and video

• International clients (UK, US, UAE)

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM, at our Mohali or Shillong office. Some Saturdays may be working days. Occasional calls outside these hours with international clients.
