Job summary

AdLift in Gurugram is seeking a Client Servicing Executive to support account delivery across one or more client accounts. You will maintain trackers, timelines and client communications, translating requirements into briefs for SEO, content, paid media, social and creative teams.

You'll work closely with the account lead, prepare status updates and client-ready presentations, and perform a first-pass QC on deliverables before seniors review. Entry-level opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
• Working interest in SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content and Creative.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and organisational skills.
• Comfort with Excel/Sheets and basic reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive to support account delivery - helping keep trackers, timelines and communication tight across one or more client accounts. This is a strong entry point into agency account management: you'll work closely with a Manager/AM, get hands‑on exposure across every digital discipline, and build the foundation to run accounts independently.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day account coordination and client communication under guidance from the account lead

What You Bring

• A working interest in SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content and Creative - you don't need to be an expert yet, but you should be curious
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High ownership and organisational skills - you follow through without being chased
• Comfort with Excel/Sheets and basic reporting
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Prior agency internship or full-time exposure
• Familiarity with GA4, Search Console or Looker Studio
• Exposure to enterprise or multi-stakeholder client environments
• Curiosity about AEO/GEO and AI-driven search
