Job summary

Eighty Twenty Digital in Gurugram is seeking a client servicing professional with 1-2 years of experience in digital/advertising agencies. You will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, coordinate with creative teams, and act as the main point of contact for multiple client accounts.

The role emphasizes English fluency, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing and social media campaigns along with an understanding of SEO, AIO GEO & Google Analytics and Keyword Rankings
• Take ownership of day-to-day ops on all clients managed
• Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
• Plan and implement digital campaigns along with pitching fresh, innovative ideas.
• Work closely with the creative team to execute campaigns
• An understanding of the day-to-day management of digital campaigns and maintaining weekly/ monthly status reports
• Work closely with the media teams to set up and manage online campaigns
• Work with the copy and design team to create campaigns
