Job summary

ANTS Digital in Hyderabad is seeking a Client Servicing Associate to coordinate between internal teams, track tasks, and ensure timely delivery across client projects.

You will prepare weekly and monthly reports, maintain documentation, and support in social media activities, content coordination, and basic analytics. This role is based on-site in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Basic understanding of social media formats and digital marketing concepts (organic + paid).
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Telugu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal teams including Content, Creative, Performance, and Web to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Track day-to-day tasks against briefs and timelines; flag delays or gaps proactively.
• Maintain and update trackers for scope vs. delivery across clients and projects.
• Conduct regular audits of digital assets and social media profiles for accuracy.
• Execute social media posting as per approved calendars with correct captions and hashtags.
• Monitor ongoing trends across platforms and share insights with the team.
• Perform basic competitive analysis and present observations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports collating data from multiple sources and presenting key highlights.

1. Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal teams including Content, Creative, Performance, and Web to ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Track day-to-day tasks against briefs and timelines; flag delays or gaps proactively
• Maintain and update trackers for scope vs. delivery across clients and projects
• Conduct regular audits of digital assets:
  • Websites (content updates, basic hygiene checks, broken links, etc.)
  • Social media platforms (profile completeness, consistency, posting accuracy)
• Execute social media posting as per approved calendars:
  • Ensure correct captions, creatives, and hashtags are used
  • Maintain posting schedules and platform-wise accuracy
• Monitor and identify ongoing trends across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and share relevant inputs with internal teams
• Perform basic competition analysis:
  • Track competitor content, campaigns, and engagement patterns
  • Share structured observations with the team
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports:
  • Collate data from multiple sources (social, performance, website)
  • Present data in predefined formats with key highlights
• Support in documentation and internal communication:
  • Brief sharing, MOMs, task lists, and status updates
  • Ensure all project-related information is updated and accessible

2. Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Basic understanding of:
  • Social media platforms and formats
  • Digital marketing concepts (organic + paid)
  • Website structure and content management
• Familiarity with tools such as:
  • Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory for reporting and tracking)
  • Social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics is an advantage
• Strong coordination and organisational skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail in execution and reporting
