Mindtel in India is seeking a client servicing lead to manage day-to-day communication with clients, coordinating across creative, media, and production teams.

You translate briefs into executable plans, oversee timelines and budgets, and present campaign insights. Qualifications

• Must have client servicing experience in an advertising agency.
• Ability to translate briefs into executable project plans with internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with billing and budget tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication, timelines, and deliverables across creative, media, and production teams.
• Translate client briefs into executable project plans, ensuring alignment on objectives, budgets, and KPIs with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate campaign launches, ad-hoc requests, and revisions—tracking progress via project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports, media plans, and pitch decks with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive updates, anticipating needs, and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Escalate risks or bottlenecks及时 to senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues before they impact delivery.
