Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in inside sales, telesales, or advisory roles with ownership of a lead pipeline.
• Strong spoken and written communication in English and the local language.
• Excellent listening, lead qualification, customer relationship, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls and multiple inquiries.
• Comfortable working with field sales teams and rotational weekend shifts.
• Real estate and CRM experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Graduation preferred; candidates with strong relevant skills and experience will also be considered.

• Work closely with the field sales team to address queries, maintain consistent communication, and support booking conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, requirements, appointments, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Escalate customer concerns promptly and communicate only verified information and approved terms.
