Job summary

Condivio is seeking dynamic real estate channel sales professionals to expand its broker network across major Indian cities. You will onboard channel partners onto the Condivio App, assist with registration and KYC, and build strong broker relationships to drive property leads and sales.

You will conduct app demos, coordinate with Sales and Support teams, and travel daily to meet brokers. A proven network and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1.5–5 years of channel sales or broker relationship experience.
• Existing network of real estate brokers and onboarding success.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel; own vehicle preferred.

About the Role

Condivio is looking for professionals to expand its real estate broker network, onboard channel partners onto the Condivio App, and build strong relationships to drive property leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, meet, and onboard real estate brokers and channel partners.
• Conduct app demos and assist brokers with registration, KYC, and profile activation.
• Build broker relationships, drive lead generation, and re-engage inactive partners.
• Share project updates, offers, and site visit schedules with brokers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply, and Support teams to resolve queries and improve conversions.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve broker onboarding and activation targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 1.5 - 5 years of experience in real estate channel sales, broker relationship management, or channel partner management.
• Existing network of real estate brokers and proven onboarding or sales performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, mobile apps, and daily field travel; own vehicle preferred.
