Job summary

Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Client Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for customers and artists. You will help customers find artworks, coordinate with artists and internal teams, and ensure orders move smoothly from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline and good communication in English.
• Freshers are welcome; customer service or relationship experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficient with MS Excel/Sheets and basic CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend artworks, quotations and payment details.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth enquiry-to-order flow.
• Coordinate with artists regarding artwork availability and pricing.
• Assist new artists to register on the platform and upload artworks.
• Maintain CRM/database with customer and artist records.
• Connect with new artists, architects, hotels to generate leads.
• Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support exhibitions and gallery events as needed.

About the Role

As a Client Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and artists. You will help customers find the right artwork, coordinate with artists and internal teams, and ensure every order is handled smoothly from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend/share suitable artworks, quotations and payment details.
• Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to order completion.
• Coordinate with artists regarding artwork availability, pricing, etc.
• Help new artists register on the platform and upload their artworks.
• Maintain customer enquiries, artist records, and CRM/database information accurately.
• Connect with new artists, architects, hotels, etc., to generate new leads.
• Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support exhibitions and other gallery-related events whenever required.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Experience
