We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Delivery Experience who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering a seamless, elevated customer journey from discovery to doorstep.
This is an individual contributor role working closely with the existing team. You’ll orchestrate the full back-end of our customer experience — from coordinating artwork production to managing white-glove deliveries for premium clients. You’ll serve as the key operational link between our gallery, vendors, and luxury buyers.
Customer Experience & Engagement
You’ll be the voice and face of our gallery for high-net-worth clients and design collaborators. Respond to queries via social channels or guide clients through commissioned pieces. Build long-term relationships with discerning clients.
White-Glove Delivery Management
Oversee premium, on-time deliveries across India, ensuring artworks are handled with care and installed as per service promises. Coordinate logistics and address last-minute issues while maintaining post-purchase standards.
Operations & Quality Control
Coordinate with framers, packaging vendors, and transport partners. Maintain meticulous follow-ups, process gaps, and proactive issue resolution.
Customer Retention & Relationship Building
Maintain client records, follow up on feedback, manage gifting and outreach for loyal buyers, and help shape retention strategies.
Tools & Communication
Proficient with MS Office; manage client interactions on WhatsApp and Instagram; ensure clear internal coordination and professional communications.
