Job summary

Mulmul is hiring for a proactive outbound call role in India. The position emphasizes identifying customer needs, reaching out to leads, and guiding prospects toward store visits and sales opportunities.

You will maintain CRM records and coordinate with retail teams to ensure a premium customer experience. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly in English and Hindi, build rapport quickly, and stay energized and customer-oriented throughout calls.
