Mahasurya Ventures India is seeking an experienced Staffing Delivery Lead to manage staffing delivery, client coordination, and recruitment teams. You will oversee TAT/SLA adherence, candidate pipelines, MIS reporting, workforce allocation, and vendor coordination to ensure timely fulfilment and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong staffing experience, stakeholder management, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive quality hiring across projects.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience in a recruitment or staffing delivery role.
• Strong client coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and managing SLAs/TAT.
• MIS reporting and recruitment metrics proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage staffing delivery and candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors; handle escalations and ensure quality hiring.
• Lead recruitment teams and monitor SLAs/TAT and MIS reporting.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance.
