Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers on call, understand their requirements, and persuade them to schedule an appointment.
• Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, presenting tailored options, and guiding them through a no-pressure, education-based presentation on buying/investment.
• Develop rapport, understand client goals and vision for the future.
• Educate clients on Property Investment, inform them about available incentives, and discuss different strategies they can pursue.
• Manage relationships, assist clients through decision-making, and follow up to foster long-term relationships both pre- and post-sales.
• Represent the NoBroker brand with integrity, consistently providing value to clients.
• Seek referrals and network to grow your client base.
• Conduct surveys to identify the pricing of competing properties.
• Handle end-to-end sales processes, from generating leads to closing deals.
