Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their property requirements.
• Guide customers on NoBroker's plans, products, and value-added services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and local market opportunities.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations and clearly explain pricing and benefits.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations effectively.
• Convert leads into customers and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for premium plans and additional services.
• Maintain accurate customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Track daily sales performance, pipeline status, and achievement against targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay updated on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.

About the Role
