Job summary

ExcelR in Pune is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive new business by identifying and engaging potential clients, including entrepreneurs and corporates, to hire our participants.

You will source clients via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and search strategies, schedule interviews, coordinate with placement teams, and relentlessly pursue monthly targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills, plus existing market relationships, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate candidate with 3-5 years in client acquisition.
• The role requires experience in scouting for entrepreneurs/corporates willing to hire students.
• Sourcing clients via portals, LinkedIn, social media and search strategies is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new client acquisition and building relationships to procure job requirements for participants.
• Scouting entrepreneurs/corporates willing to hire students.
• Schedule interviews with clients and collect performance feedback.
• Coordinate with Placement Coordinators to ensure placements meet client needs.
• Regularly update all activities in the portal.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for new client acquisition, and building new relationships with clients to procure the new job requirements for our participants/students
• Will be responsible for primarily scouting for Entrepreneurs / Corporates who are willing to hire our students
• Mandatory experience in sourcing clients using job portals, LinkedIn, social media and search engine strategies
• Schedule interviews with client, collect performance feedback
• Coordinate with the Placement Coordinators and ensure placements are done for students suitable to clients requirements
• Regularly update all activities in the portal
• Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Should have good existing client relationships in the market
• Should be self-starter, proactive, and target oriented
• Should possess strong networking and relationship-building skills
