Job summary

Built Together hiring a Civil Engineer to oversee RCC works across Pune/Mumbai/pan India, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. The role requires 2–6 years of RCC/structural construction experience and a civil engineering degree or diploma.

Immediate joiners preferred. Experience with hospital, industrial, or commercial projects is an advantage for site execution and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 6 years of RCC/structural construction experience.
• Experience in RCC, finishing, interiors, and project execution.
• Exposure to hospital, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of structural drawings, reinforcement, BOQ, and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RCC works including footing, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases.
• Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, alignment, cover, and concrete work as per approved drawings.
• Review structural drawings and reinforcement details and ensure proper execution.
• Monitor concrete grade, quality, workmanship, and pouring activities.
• Conduct pre-pour inspections and maintain quality/site inspection records.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers, and other teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, approved drawings, and quality requirements.
