Job summary

Gopalan Enterprises in Bengaluru invites an experienced Site Engineer with 6–7 years of civil construction experience to join our team. You will supervise on-site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires reading structural and architectural drawings, strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and effective communication and leadership skills to manage site teams and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, supervise site activities.
• Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and bills of contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement/store team.
• Maintain proper documentation, site records, and quality checklists.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
